Hi, I’m Dr. Nekita Carroll-Hall, Ed.D., LCSW, Founder of Awakening Wellness Solutions, LLC. 

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, consultant, researcher, and Healing-Centered Practitioner, I created this practice from the belief that wellness extends beyond symptom reduction and should support the whole person. My philosophy is rooted in trauma-informed care, reflection, resilience, and understanding the deeper experiences that shape how we lead, heal, connect, and grow. Through counseling, consultation, and wellness initiatives, my goal is to help individuals and organizations move from survival toward restoration, clarity, and meaningful transformation.
